novaCITYNETS’ expansion into the Chinese market enters another level when it announced the signing of an exclusive agreement with Sino-Overseas Consortium Information (SCI).

The agreement, a first for novaCITYNETS will see SCI representing its full range of e-government software solutions in mainland China. Recognised widely as a mainstay of the construction information industry, SCI is strategically affiliated with the Ministry of Construction in China.
