Sep 2007 – The Brunei Minister of Communications, Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Kerna Dato Seri Setia Hj Abu Bakar Hj Apong paid a visit to view the newly installed Sistem Pengangkutan Darat (SPD) or Land Transportation System, and saw the preparatory works ahead of its official launch.
