20 Jan 05 – As an internationally-recognized
standard, ISO 9001 specifies requirements for a Quality Management
System (QMS) where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability
to provide products that meet customer and applicable regulatory
requirements and aims to enhance customer satisfaction.
Nova MSC is proud to announce that it has received
ISO 9001 certification in January 2005. The accreditation confirms
that Nova’s QMS
meets the stringent requirements of the international standard.
To our customers and partners alike, the ISO achievement represents
firm reassurance that quality procedures are adhered to in product
design, production and support operations.
As part of the ISO exercise, subsidiaries novaCITYNETS and novaHEALTH
also had their certifications renewed.
In addition, Nova’s QA Team expanded
on our Application Development Methodology (AMD) that serves
as a guide to our Project
Managers in work aspects such as standard procedures and documentation.
This ongoing effort reinforces Nova's commitment to continue providing
the highest quality products and services. The certification was
conducted by BVQI.
