The two modules - APPOINTMENTS & ROSTER are implemented to manage the scheduling of resources (doctors/rooms) and outpatient appoinments, to ensure that patient load for each doctor is optimised according to his own practice needs and patient waiting times are kept to a minimum. The project expected to be completed by end August will be carried out jointly by both the Malaysian and Singapore offices.
